  • DMV Printout (Current and complete K-4 DMV report with the State of California seal (printed within 7 days of application). We will not accept internet printouts. Original K-4 will be required at time of hire.)
  • Driver's License Copy (Valid commercial DL with passenger and school bus endorsement)
