Front Desk Receptionist

Partnering closely with our doctors, clinical assistants, and leadership team, you'll set a welcoming vibe, keep practice flow running smoothly, and ensure every patient leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do (Your Impact)

• Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Greet patients with a warm smile, answer calls, and make everyone feel right at home from the moment they walk in.
• Keep Schedule & Operations Moving: Manage seamless patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to ensure our doctors and clinical team can maximize patient care time.
• Manage Patient Accounts & Records: Maintain accurate dental health records, handle insurance eligibility checks, and keep patient accounts up to date.
• Support Practice Excellence: Pitch in with light general housekeeping and help monitor office stock levels so the team always has what it needs to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative or customer-facing office experience preferred.
• Comfortable with basic computer navigation and digital recordkeeping.
