Description
LifeHealth, LLC, a federal government contract company is seeking a special individual that has either of these licenses: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC for a full-time position, providing psychological screenings to Navy and Marine reservists.
It is a hybrid position and there is weekend travel involved. Target start is ASAP. The position reports to Buckley AFB twice weekly and is remote otherwise.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is 100% administrative and involves no treatment, just intake and/or biopsychosocial assessment and case management for Active-Duty Soldiers and Reservists members, identifying community, local, and military (where available) resources to support their physical and emotional needs, behavioral support.
The BUMED Psychological Health Outreach Program (PHOP) is an all-encompassing program dedicated to providing Reservists full access to appropriate psychological health care services, increasing resiliency, and facilitating recovery, which is essential to maintaining a ready military force.
PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to US Navy Reservists (USNR), US Marine Corps Reservists (USMCR), and their family members, as well as consultation to USMCR Home Training Center (HTC) and USNR Navy Reserve Center (NRC) leaders. This position is a hybrid serving both the USNR and USMCR.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.
• Link Reservists and their Family Members to "good fit services" based on identified needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes, documenting all service encounters.
• Input this information for each of these sections.
• Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.
• Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members, and high-level military leaders.
• Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.
• Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.
• Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various Healthcare Treatment Centers (HTC) and NRCs throughout the region.
• This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require staff to be U.S. Citizens.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Outreach Team members shall provide a full range of outreach activities, as described in the tasks below. In this role, you will:
• Candidate must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Must be a United States of America citizen
  • Military service or experience for Outreach Team members, and Workshop Facilitators is preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers; American Heart Association health care provider Course; American Red Cross CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) for the Professional Rescuer; or equivalent within 30 days of employment.
  • Completion of a favorably completed and adjudicated National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC) with completion of the SF86 as outlined in Section 12 - Personnel Security Requirements will allow assignment to a designated NCS/IT-II position.
  • Must have ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite with minimal supervision/assistance, particularly in use of Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Professional oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Needs to be able to rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, experience, and judgment to perform functions on the job.
  • Must be computer literate and have experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and Microsoft programs such as outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with telephonic email and assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of military culture preferred.
  • Candidate must be available for weekend travel 1-2 times per month.
  • Must have driver's license.

Compensation
Starts at $75,000 annually. Relocation stipend available.
