At Access Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, you'll join a collaborative, growth-focused team led by a Clinic Director with 15+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience, advanced manual therapy training, Sports Clinical Specialist certification, and Division-I athletics experience. The clinic works closely with primary care and sports medicine providers, creating strong interdisciplinary collaboration and exposure to an active orthopedic and athletic population. Just 2–3 hours from both the mountains and beaches, the area provides easy access to weekend getaways while remaining closely connected to Raleigh and Durham — home to the Carolina Hurricanes and Durham Bulls.

The clinic is deeply involved in the local community through partnerships with schools, coaches, gyms, and active adult populations including golfers, tennis, volleyball, and pickleball athletes.

  • Structured mentorship and career development.
  • Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including, and board certification support.
  • Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership

At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications:

Compensation: $73,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
