- Ensure a cohesive, high-impact fan experience across all events and markets.
- Oversee the delivery of all live events, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
- Set the standard for run-of-show, pacing, and signature moments that define the PBR brand.
- Lead or oversee production for high-profile events.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across event presentation, production, and technical disciplines.
- Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence in a live-event environment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Ticketing, Broadcast, Digital, and Operations to align the live experience with enterprise priorities.
- Integrate sponsorships and campaigns in ways that elevate-not disrupt-the fan experience.
- Continuously evolve the experience through new technologies, formats, and fan engagement strategies.
- Identify and develop new in-event revenue opportunities and premium experiences.
- Own budgets, vendor strategy, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, scalable execution.

You Have These:
- Strong understanding of live event production, including show flow, timing, and in-venue execution within sports or entertainment.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality live events in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
