Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements
  • French (B2-C1 level, for some project only Native) and intermediate English (B1-B2 level)
