Operate Advanced Food Manufacturing Equipment
We're looking for experienced or mechanically inclined individuals to operate our Forming production equipment.
If you enjoy technology, machinery, and continuous improvement, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
  • Operate Forming equipment.
  • Monitor production flow.
  • Perform equipment changeovers.
  • Complete equipment setup.
  • Troubleshoot production issues.
  • Inspect product quality.
  • Perform routine equipment checks.
  • Work closely with Maintenance and Production leadership.

Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication.

Pay & Benefits:
  • $22-$24/hr depending on experience

You'll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on - giving you built-in long weekends every other week!
