Job description

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support homeowners through one of the biggest moments of their lives-while building a rewarding career with a company that's growing fast and Built Different.

This is more than a customer care role. It's an opportunity to grow, develop, and be part of a high-performing team that values communication, teamwork, and exceptional homeowner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email
  • Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests
  • Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly
  • Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented

This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes' headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best holiday parties in town!

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
  • Homebuilding or construction experience is a plus, but not required
