Job description

Adamas Building Services is a specialty company providing property managers with White Glove Services for ALL your property needs 24/7. With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations.
Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol professional with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida, New Jersey and New York. We have an opening at our Fort Myers location.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
Pay: $15.50-16.50 Hour
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
  • Monitoring the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
  • Greeting residents and becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.
  • Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management.
  • Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and notifying appropriate emergency services as needed.
  • Performing required tours of the properties designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
  • Issuing warning notices to vehicles violating parking rules.
  • Knowing the facility/building policies and procedure and enforcing them within the limits of the position.

  • Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
