Position The Building Services Technician is responsible for the maintenance, proper operation, and optimization of the various building services systems and infrastructures across the company. Infrastructure Inspection, Maintenance, and Safety Perform daily inspection, monitoring, operation, and cleaning rounds of building systems; Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure infrastructure functionality and reliability; Ensure cleanliness and safety of mechanical equipment and mechanical rooms ; Prepare inspection and maintenance reports , documenting completed work and corrective recommendations; Record all interventions and work performed in the maintenance management system (CMMS) .
