We're hiring a hunter Account Executive to generate net-new business across Canada. You create pipeline, build relationships, and close complex deals. Remote, growth-focused, quota-carrying. Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

What you'll do

Prospect and win new business in one or both solution areas: (1) IT infrastructure, enterprise/SMB networking, data center, cloud, and network security; or (2) AV, broadcast, media, corporate production, live events, and enterprise collaboration. You'll sell into enterprise, mid-market, and SMB accounts.

Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, referrals, industry networking, and direct outreach. Open new logos across a wide base, enterprise, retail chains, financial institutions, SMB IT buyers, broadcasters, AV integrators, production companies, venues, and media organizations.

Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close. Partner with internal technical teams and vendors to position integrated solutions, networking, data center and cloud, secure access, wireless, switching, AV-over-IP, and media infrastructure. Match the solution to each account, from single-site SMB deployments to multi-site enterprise and media environments.

Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasts accurate. Represent Aspire at customer meetings, partner sessions, and targeted industry events.

What you bring

Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship. 5+ years in business development, account executive, or solution sales with quota-carrying responsibility, and a track record of generating net-new opportunities and closing complex solution sales.

Background selling in one or both core areas, IT infrastructure (enterprise/SMB networking, data center, cloud, network security) or AV, broadcast, media, and converged IT/AV. Solid grasp of enterprise and SMB networking, data center and cloud, network security, switching, wireless, IP-based media transport, and AV-over-IP. Working knowledge of the relevant vendor ecosystems: Cisco, Arista, Netgear, Fortinet, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, GCP.

You sell credibly across account sizes and to both technical and business stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and effective in a remote role.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000, set by experience.
  • On-target earnings: $180,000 – $240,000.
