The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of over 500Â residential units. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for property performance, resident relations, compliance, and operational execution.
You will manage the full resident lifecycle — from leasing and communication to collections, inspections, legal coordination, and asset protection. Success in this role requires ownership, follow-through, and strong decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Occupancy
Maintain high occupancy by marketing and filling vacancies with qualified tenants
Monitor leasing pipeline and property performance metrics
Ensure thorough tenant screening and lease compliance
Resident Relations & Enforcement
Serve as primary contact for tenant communication
Investigate and resolve concerns while enforcing lease terms and occupancy standards
Prepare and deliver late notices, lease violations, non-renewals, and eviction documentation
Financial Performance & Collections
Run delinquency reports and actively manage collections
Maintain low delinquency rates through proactive follow-up
Process and document security deposits accurately
Maintenance & Asset Protection
Review and monitor maintenance work orders for completion and satisfaction
Conduct property inspections (occupied and vacant units)
Ensure emergency maintenance protocols are followed
Document inspections, repairs, and tenant interactions
Legal & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Coordinate with company attorney on legal matters and evictions
Attend court hearings as required

Compensation & Growth
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour based on experience. Compensation for this role falls within this established range, as we maintain internal pay equity across our team.
Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure tied to portfolio performance and operational results.
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid for approved property-related travel.
