Our client, a well-established organization in the ICI construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team in Mississauga. Requirements:

  • Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activities
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help drive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems within commercial, institutional, or industrial projects
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
