We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Operations Coordinator to lead the daily execution of Service operations at an ImageFIRST facility.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role. You will own how service gets delivered every day, partnering closely with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route execution, customer satisfaction, product control, fleet readiness, safety, and financial performance. This is one of the most visible and impactful roles in the local operation with real accountability for results and a direct path toward senior Service and Operations leadership positions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates, providing them with coaching, feedback, and support to help them execute our daily service standards.
  • Analyze route and customer data to identify ways to improve service performance and growth opportunities.
  • Translate those insights into specific, business-minded recommendations and actions for the Service teams.
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise and drive solutions that improve retention and customer loyalty.
  • Help ensure fleet readiness and compliance with DOT and safety standards.
  • Track action plans through to measurable improvement in service, revenue, and profitability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to lead, influence, and direct people. This includes ability to build trust and respect with Customer Advocates and partner with our District Service Managers and plant leadership team.
  • Willingness to speak up, deliver direct feedback, and follow through on execution.
  • Energized by frequent daily interaction and positive relationship building with associates.
  • Ability to turn data into insight, and insight into clear recommendations and action.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Very comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup) and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in service, operations, logistics, distribution, or route-based businesses preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
