What You’ll Do
As a Building Materials Inside Sales & Estimator, you’ll play a key role in helping customers successfully complete their projects by:
·       Meeting with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand their project goals and product needs.
·       Preparing accurate material takeoffs, estimates, and quotes.
·       Selling building materials including decking, doors, windows, siding, roofing, lumber, and other home improvement products.
·       Managing projects from the initial estimate through ordering and completion.
·       Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
·       Using our proven sales process and technology to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
·       Collaborating with an experienced team of building materials professionals to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
·       Knowledge of building materials and residential construction.
·       Excellent customer service and communication skills.
·       Sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
·       The ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
