What You’ll Do 

As a Hardware Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping maintain a safe, organized, and fully stocked store. You'll assist customers with product selection, support daily store operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. 

Customer Service 

  • Greet customers and direct them to appropriate products and departments. 

  • Answer questions about merchandise, product features, and store offerings. 

  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. 

  • Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service. 

  • Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash transactions. 

Store Operations 

  • Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed. 

  • Organize inventory and maintain attractive product displays. 

  • Perform cleaning and general store upkeep duties. 

  • Utilize Windows-based software to support daily operations. 

  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. 

Safety & Compliance 

  • Follow and help enforce all company safety policies and procedures. 

  • Report workplace injuries immediately to the Manager. 

  • Protect company information by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and business plans.
