LOUIS, MO 63130 Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Inventory & Purchasing Processor coordinates and performs functions related to the acquisition, tracking, storage and handling of tools, equipment and materials for the Enterprise Physical Operations - Danforth department and the monitoring of financial accounts within the department.Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs all duties associated with the procurement of parts and materials, including tracking, storage, delivery, pickup and physical receiving.
  • Creates and approves transactions in the financial system including purchase orders, change orders, blanket orders, check requests, budget adjustments, ID's and journals.
  • Communicates and coordinates with customers, project stakeholders and departments and relays/resolves issues as they arise.
  • Monitors the account balances for funds and communicates account balances with managers as needed.
  • Serves as department liaison regarding procurement processes and policies.
  • Conducts inventory spot checks and tool inventories.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
