Building Material Sales is a profession focused on selling products and materials used in construction, renovation, and building projects. Professionals in this role typically work for suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers and help clients—including contractors, builders, and homeowners—select and purchase items such as lumber, roofing, drywall, cement, and insulation. They provide product information, pricing, and support throughout the purchasing process, often requiring knowledge of both the construction industry and effective sales techniques. The job can involve both in-store and field sales activities, depending on the employer.

Job description

Job Overview

Casainc is seeking multiple commission-only Sales Representatives to expand our presence in key U.S. regions, including California, Texas, New York, and Florida. In this role, you will drive B2B sales of our core kitchen and bath product lines – such as shower systems, smart toilets, bathroom vanities, bathtubs, and cabinets – by building relationships with local building material dealers, interior designers, renovation contractors, and retail showrooms.
This position is remote-based within your region; however, it requires frequent local travel to meet clients on-site. As an ambassador of the Casainc brand, you will spend most of your time in the field – visiting showrooms, design studios, and construction companies – to develop new business opportunities. We provide comprehensive product training, marketing materials, CRM tools, and dedicated support for after-sales service and quotations, empowering you to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners in the assigned region, including building material dealers, interior designers, remodeling contractors, and retail showrooms.
  • Promote and sell Casainc’s kitchen and bath product lines (e.g., shower systems, smart toilets, vanities, bathtubs, cabinets) to meet client needs and drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the market and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective territory sales plans.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Casainc, providing product demonstrations, technical information, and professional consultation to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the Casainc support team to prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in document and provide regular market feedback to management.
Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the bathroom, kitchen, home improvement, or building materials industry.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients (must have a valid driver’s license).
  • Proficiency in using basic office software to manage leads and sales reports.
  • An existing network of contacts in the local building materials or interior design industry is a plus.
Compensation

  • 100% commission-based compensation (commission only; no fixed base salary).
  • Commission rate: 10%–15% of total sales revenue (calculated on every sale you close).
  • High commission rates with uncapped earning potential, directly tied to your sales performance.
Benefits & Support

  • Comprehensive product training and onboarding to familiarize you with our product range and sales process.
  • Access to a full suite of sales and marketing materials.
  • Ongoing support for after-sales service and quotation preparation, allowing you to focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.
  • Flexible work setup with remote work capabilities and autonomy to manage your territory strategy.
  • Opportunity to represent a growing brand in the kitchen & bath industry and advance your career as the company expands.
How to Apply

Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to our HR department at hr@casainc.com, or apply through the Casainc careers page. Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview. We look forward to hearing from you!
