WhatYou'llDo

You'llbe out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything:

  • Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks

  • Test andoptimizesignal performance

  • Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies)

  • Perform fiber splicing and activation

  • Handle outages and support emergency restoration

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing

  • Identifysignal leakage and ensure compliance

  • Supportnetwork expansion and serviceability

  • Deliver excellent customer service whilerepresentingWOW! professionally

What You Bring

  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks ishighly preferred

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

  • Enjoy workingoutdoors and staying active

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable learning technical skills and using tools

  • Ability to explain things clearly to customers

  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What the Job Is Really Like

  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Climbing ladders, working on poles/roofs, and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)

  • Lifting upto 90lbs.and handling tools/equipment

  • Operating company vehicles safely

  • Working near electrical equipment and power lines
