Responsibilities
Primary
โ€ข Vehicle mechanics and parts replacements.
โ€ข Light to heavy industrial building maintenance.
โ€ข Light to moderate industrial plumbing.
โ€ข Industrial preventative maintenance.
โ€ข Light to heavy industrial painting
Secondary
โ€ข Conduct facility audits, documenting all issues found at the facility.
โ€ข Assist in contacting vendors for general repairs.
โ€ข Help develop more effective maintenance procedures.
โ€ข Maintain work order systems.
โ€ข Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
