Job description

Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC work is required. Conducting in-unit repairs, preventative/standard maintenance, and preparing apartments for upcoming inspection. Completing work orders, including plumbing, carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Performing groundskeeping, janitorial services, and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Participation in snow removal: shoveling, salting, clearing out safe walkways surrounding the buildings. Providing access for contractors as needed. Reporting to and supporting the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager. The ability to work as part of a supportive and cohesive team. Experience with Yardi or other work order systems would also be a plus. 
Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
