Maintenance Technician

Granville, NY

We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a healthcare facility in Granville, NY. If you have experience with general building maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

  • Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently.

  • Complete repairs to resident rooms and common areas.

  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.

  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects and facility upkeep.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic repairs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license preferred.
