Job description

The Building Maintenance professional plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. Working within a small team, this role is responsible for routine and corrective maintenance tasks including repairs, HVAC system upkeep, electrical systems, and plumbing to maintain optimal operational conditions. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager and supervised by the Building Supervisor, this position operates during regular business hours and relies on manual record keeping for tracking maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs and upkeep of building systems
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure efficiency
  • Conduct electrical system inspections and repairs
