Job description

HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspections of the entire facility.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Identify non-HVAC issues and arrange for the necessary repair work by third party contractors.
  • First point of contact to respond to after hour/emergency calls and address property manager concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean Facility and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs.
  • Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
  • Ability to Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.

Valid driver license
Must be Drug free
