Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facility systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Handle plumbing repairs, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drains.
  • Perform basic electrical repairs, including lighting, outlets, and switches.
  • Repair and install drywall and perform painting/touch-up work.
  • Handle general building and facility maintenance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
  • Use hand and power tools safely.

Requirements:

  • Building/facilities maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
