Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities
โ€ข Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
โ€ข Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
โ€ข Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
โ€ข Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
โ€ข Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
Qualifications
โ€ข Plumbing and HVAC experience
โ€ข Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
โ€ข Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
โ€ข Valid driver's license and good driving record required
โ€ข This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
