ABM is seeking a dependable and skilled Building Engineer to support the upkeep and functionality of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative services while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. $35 - $35 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards.

Qualifications
