Full-time (w/benefits) and Part-time Front Desk/Tenant Assistant Positions available- ย All Shifts- Wadena and Welch Apts.

Part-time front desk positions, working days, evenings or nights including some weekends.ย 

Front Desk Duties include Checking in visitors; answering the building's telephone system and directing calls; monitoring the video surveillance system for the building; tenant interactions and documenting tenant/visitor activities as needed.


Requirements


This position requires a person who has interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully and professionally deal with tenants and the general public. Applicants must hold a high school diploma/GED equivalent and be able to pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance, and one-year relevant experience preferred.ย
