What is a Building Envelope job?

A Building Envelope job focuses on the design, construction, and maintenance of a building's exterior elements, including walls, roofs, windows, and insulation. To thrive in a Building Envelope role, you need a solid understanding of building science, construction methods, and materials, often supported by a degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
