Managing quality control is critical, as errors can lead to costly repairs or water intrusion issues. Additionally, maintaining clear communication with designers, subcontractors, and project managers is essential to address design changes and resolve unforeseen site conditions efficiently. Balancing tight schedules while upholding high workmanship standards requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
