As a Designer Engineer help create custom pump packages and chiller solutions that solve real customer challenges. This role offers the chance to work on specialized, hands-on engineering projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and see your designs move from concept to production. What you will do:

  • Produces designs and documentation utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems.

  • Documentation of parts and bills of materials

  • Develop a good working knowledge and familiarity of design and drafting standard practices, methods and processes

  • Work from oral engineering instructions or written procedures, schematics, drawings and sketches.

  • Ability to lead small segments of large projects with responsibility for completion of assignments. Exercise sound judgment in recognition of potential design problems. Detects and corrects own errors.

  • Maintains competency level of computer aided graphic system and other applications through company provided training and materials.

  • Must be customer driven, innovative and quality minded in performance of all assigned duties.

  • Develop and exercise good communication skills.

  • Maintains awareness and adheres to all company safety and security policies and procedures.

  • May be required to travel to various locations to support products or train other personnel.

  • Receives generalized information and instruction pertaining to assignment from engineers or senior staff. Work direction, content and accuracy reviewed by engineers or senior department members.


What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience using computer aided graphic solutions in lieu of degree or Associate's Degree (AA)

  • Experience in SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or ProEngineer

  • CAD, AutoCAD

  • Hydronics design, piping design, and fluid dynamic experience are a plus

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$63,111.66 - $87,639.99
