We are dedicated to shaping city skylines and building vibrant residential communities through innovative architectural design, meticulous technical planning, and exceptional project delivery.

As an Architectural Project Manager / Design Manager, you will lead large-scale multifamily and high-rise residential projects from conceptual design through design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. You will manage project schedules, design deliverables, and consultant coordination while ensuring projects remain within scope and meet our quality standards.

You will serve as the central point of contact between ownership, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, civil engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities, coordinating all aspects of the architectural design process. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, construction documents, Revit and AutoCAD files, resolving design conflicts, coordinating MEP and structural systems, and supporting DOB/building department approvals and permitting for complex ground-up developments.
