What You Will Do:

  • Partner with operational leaders: Working closely with field General Managers to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
  • Coach and develop teams: Mentoring construction leaders and championing technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
  • Build key industry partnerships: Collaborating with leading manufacturers including Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble to support customer success and technology adoption.

What You Will Need:
  • Proven leadership experience: Previous supervisory or management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Industry expertise: 10+ years of construction technology, heavy equipment, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Location and travel flexibility: This position may be located within any of RDO Equipment Co.'s Construction regions. Preference will be given to candidates located within 45 minutes of a major airport and who are able to travel up to 50% to support field operations, manufacturer partnerships, customer engagement, and business initiatives.
  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers, team members, manufacturers, and business partners.
  • Strong communication and business acumen: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
