Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our team as our Test & Code Compliance Coordinatorfor KONE Americas. This role will support our Trumbull, CT, Albany, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY branches, and will sit at one of those branches.

The role will be 100% in office during the training period, eventually transitioning to a hybrid schedule, reporting to whichever branch is the closest 'home base'.

As ourTest and Code Compliance Coordinator, you will manage local and district processes forscheduling, and interface with Service/Repair Supervisors, customers, 3rd party inspection companies and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections.

You willbring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.

Other Listed Duties as Needed
  • Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules.

  • Work withBranch Staffs on expectations, processes, and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes.

  • For Branches not on ATI Tender Creation, create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers, follow-up to obtain approval, create Billable Service Orders and requisition parts asrequired.

  • Lead, coordinate, andmaintainaccuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI), SAP contractual testing requirements and report out to General Manager, Service and Solutions weekly

  • Track, manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers.

  • Adapt to and implement changesas a result oftracking andmonitoringlocal regulatory directives / violations and requirements, AuthorityHavingJurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance.

  • Invoice dispute management on billable testing and inspections.

The hiring range for this role in the Trumbull, CT location is $63,000.00-$82,740.00.The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for thebusiness strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas.Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

  • Albany, NY, Rochester, NY, and Syracuse, NY area hiring range:$54,800.00-$71,925.00
