In this role, the Service Sales Representative is tasked to continue to grow our HVAC servicing business through the sale of new maintenance contracts and some fixed priced service projects.
Description of Duties and Tasks
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Develop and implement plans to take advantage of sales opportunities for new and assigned accounts within territory.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients and owners.
  • Qualifies, estimates, and creates proposals for both controls & mechanical service solutions with a primary focus on new maintenance contracts.
  • Achieves bookings and gross margin goals.
  • Prepares accurate and thorough sales activity and forecast reports.
  • Actively participates in sales meetings, workshops and seminars to consistently grow in professional knowledge.
  • Participates in networking events through professional organizations.
  • Develops and builds long-term relationships with all types of clients to become the trusted advisor for HVAC control and servicing solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or direct HVAC/automation industry experience will also be considered.
  • Must have a technical understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
  • Experience in mechanical installation and servicing a plus.
  • Effective communication, writing and presentation skills.
