JOB SUMMARY:

An ATS Service Sales Engineer develops long-term business to business relationships with ATS Waypoint customers. Work with our customers to define the scope and pricing for multi-year service support agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvement projects, and training. Our customer base includes, but is not limited to data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell multi-year customer Service Support Programs - ability to discuss the benefits of ATS Waypoint's service offerings and customize a Service Support Program (Support Agreement) to meet the needs and the budget of the customer
