🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance industrial process control hardware and software solutions.
  • Support production hardware, software applications, SCADA systems, HMI applications, and LAN communications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient process control solutions.
  • Optimize plant automation systems to improve reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, instrumentation, and control system issues.
  • Provide technical support in a 24x7 industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.
  • Evaluate short- and long-term hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation needs while recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
✅ Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Control Engineering or Industrial Automation.
  • Strong experience with SCADA systems and HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications.
  • Knowledge of industrial process control hardware, software, and instrumentation.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or heavy industrial production environments.
  • Understanding of industrial networking and LAN communications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).

  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial cybersecurity is a plus.
