We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our team and help expand our footprint in the commercial insurance market. Our new North Carolina division is located at 900 Broad St., Durham, NC (one block from Duke University East Campus)

Position Overview

Be a key member of our new North Carolina team. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for developing and managing a book of commercial insurance business. This includes prospecting new clients, servicing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions on both traditional insurance policies and fee-for-service offerings through our affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities

· Prospect and generate new commercial insurance business.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.

· Present and close insurance proposals tailored to client needs.

· Manage renewals and ensure high client retention.

· Oversee marketing and underwriting submissions.

· Attend agency and carrier meetings.

· Provide ongoing service and support to clients, including claims assistance.

· Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
