Drive Food Safety & Standards

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Lead by example and hold the team accountable to doing things the right way every time.

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing others
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
