This is your opportunity to operate at a higher level - focusing on scale, sophistication, and long-term builder partnerships.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

Own the Top of the Market Develop - and execute a focused strategy to identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with the top 300 private home builders in your region. You will become a market expert - understanding who is building, where they are building, and how to position Builders Capital as their preferred lending partner.

Drive Strategic Outside Sales - Prospect, network, and cultivate relationships with high-volume builders, developers, architects, land brokers, and key industry influencers. Your ability to open doors and stay top-of-mind with decision-makers will fuel a consistent and scalable pipeline.

Originate Complex Construction Solutions - Structure and originate a range of loan products including vertical construction, land development, bridge financing, and multifamily projects. You will tailor capital solutions to sophisticated builders with evolving and expanding needs.

Quarterback the Deal - Lead transactions from initial outreach through structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing. Collaborate closely with internal credit, processing, and capital markets teams to deliver certainty and speed - critical for top-tier builders.
