We are seeking a PC Build Technician to join our team! You will build custom gaming and workstation computers, as well as diagnose hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities:

    • Building, upgrading, and diagnosing custom gaming/workstation computers.

    • Providing customers with broken systems expert diagnostics and repairs using a mix of hardware and software tools.

    • Proficiently operating our sales/inventory software as you provide expert opinions/advice to customers looking to buy, upgrade, or repair PCs.

    • Providing industry-leading customer service and consultation to all customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to provide excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, and conduct sales.
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional PC hardware experience OR an Associateโ€™s Degree in a technical field.
    • Strong knowledge of modern PC components, compatibility, thermal management, BIOS configuration, and chipset/platform differences.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to the laymans' terms.
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills while balancing sales responsibilities and bench work.
    • Passion for PC gaming, custom systems, and technology.
