Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Concessions Attendants to join our team and help deliver an exceptional fan experience at Benchmark International Arena. In this role, you will be the face of our concession operations, responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and handle food and beverage transactions with a positive attitude will contribute directly to memorable event experiences for our fans. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for every guest. The Concessions Attendant will operate the POS system/cash register and collect money for purchased food and beverage items. The Concessions Attendant must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work on events as scheduled per business need.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.50-$15.00 and is tip eligible.ย ย 

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until September 25, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and taking orders for food and beverage products.
  • Preparing simple foods and beverages utilizing the company recipes and portion standards. Maintain the highest quality standards and portion consistency.
  • Accepting payment from guests and making change as necessary.
  • Keeping the work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards.
  • Memorizing the product menu available at each concession location.
  • Assist in cleaning up and breaking down the concession area at the end of the event.
  • Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Other duties as necessary, as directed by the assigned location Leads and Managers.
  • Communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS credit transactions and product inventory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Must be able to operate POS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events.ย 
  • Able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.ย 
  • The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.ย
