Job description

We are a licensed cannabis dispensary in Costa Mesa looking to hire a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Receptionist/Budtender/Key Holders to join our team. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products (strains, effects, consumption methods, etc.)
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and answering questions
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle light cleaning and organizational tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to navigate POS systems.

Pay & Compensation

  • Budtender shifts: $20/hour + tips
  • Reception shifts: $22/hour + 20% of total budtender tips
  • Key Holder shifts $22/hour + tips

Requirements

  • Must be 21+
  • Must be able to pass a background check required by the City of Costa Mesa
  • No prior drug-related charges (per city regulations)
  • Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis environment
