We're hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you're friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations.


In this role, you'll be a key part of the return process-helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.


What You'll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
