Summary:

HES Facilities, LLC’s paid internship program enables students to participate in valuable real-world work experience through a variety of tailored assignments within their areas of interest and fields of study. Students will be tasked with different team-specific projects and tasks, and participate in professional development projects and events to prepare them for their future careers.This is a paid internship starting at $20.00/Hour. This is a three to six-month internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage digital and print projects to ensure materials are delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in ensuring that projects and materials remain within budget
  • Assist in facilitating all production works, project an image reflective of HES’s guiding principles and brand guidelines
  • Suggest and create content for different projects and initiatives
  • Create processes to organize content available to marketing audience segments to use within the collateral
  • Carry out division-specific tasks/activities as assigned by the supervisor throughout the internship
  • Manage deliverables and provide regular updates

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Field of study: pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or other related fields
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
