The Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst of Supply Chain partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and the Finance team to provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support. This role is responsible for monitoring supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements and supporting the annual planning and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical skills and a deep understanding of operational drivers within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Supply Chain functions.
  • Analyze manufacturing, procurement, transportation, warehousing and inventory-related costs.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate operational initiatives, cost saving opportunities and capital investments
  • Track and report key financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Assist in evaluating sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations and network optimization
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentations
  • Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting supply chain expenses and inventory performance
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory turns and working capital metrics
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop expert knowledge with the ERP environment (Syspro)
  • Ad-hoc analysis as needed

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated analytical and complex problem solving abilities

Compensation Range:

$85,000-$112,000

Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
