Job description

Our brand new client, located on the north side of Holland, is seeking Production Associates on second shift. This position is more assembly work and you would be working with various types of windows such as back of pick up trucks, sun roof panels to BMW and many more. Position consists of working with a team and being productive. Utilizing small hand tools and or working in a cell that requires the team to work together to create the final product. 
  • Physical demands for our production associate are:
    • Prolonged standing at least 8 hours, but up to 12 hours per day
    • Lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds multiple times per hour.
    • Repetitive bending, twisting, turning, lifting.
    • Repetitive use of hands, including gripping, grasping, pinching, squeezing
    • Working closely with team members assembling parts in a face pace environment.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Reliable 
  • English/Spanish speakers
