Day in the Life:
  • Be friendly to all guests
  • Polish all silverware, wine glasses, and champagne flutes
  • Know all table numbers and assist in running food to guests
  • Run full wine racks through dish machine
  • Restock all ramekins to both kitchen and server stations
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum as needed
  • Kept ice refilled and stocked
  • Participate in restroom checks
  • Help maintain back dock cleanliness
