Job description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing and Retail Growth Analyst, based in Florida, with a strong business focus and the ability to translate brand strategy into flawless execution at the point of sale. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing initiatives that strengthen our brands’ presence, drive product turnover, and generate sustainable growth across various sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing promotions, BTL activations, POP materials, and commercial execution across modern and traditional channels, as well as strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and generate strategic recommendations aimed at maximizing results.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation, planning, and relationship-building skills with clients and business partners, capable of working across sales, marketing, and distributor teams to ensure consistent, high-impact execution in the market.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing, commercial execution, or key account management, preferably in the consumer goods, food, beverage, or retail industries.
• Experience managing BTL activations, POP materials, product launches, and point-of-sale visibility strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the analysis of sales metrics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
