Who We're Looking For

An ideal Armorous Armed Officer:

  • Holds a valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Firearm Permit

  • Maintains 40 hours of BSIS training certifications

  • Has all required equipment (firearm, duty belt, vest, baton/OC, handcuffs)

  • Demonstrates a commanding yet professional presence

  • Possesses excellent judgment and situational awareness

  • Has strong customer service and communication skills

  • Is dependable, proactive, and confident under pressure

  • Provide armed protection at assigned client sites

  • Deter and respond to security incidents or threats

  • Maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors

  • Communicate clearly with Armorous leadership and law enforcement when necessary
